Main responsibilities will be: • Technical support for existing customers (hotline, emails); • Support during evaluations (remote and on-site); • Pre-sale/Post-sale training & mentoring sessions; • Demonstrations and presentations of Atoll to potential customers • Keep abreast of new product and technology developments Requirements We are looking for (MSEE) candidates, motivated professionals with strong wireless telecommunications background, 3+ year experience with RF planning & optimization software products (Atoll, Asset, Planet or Wizard) and excellent customer service skills. Quick learners, self-motivated, attention to detail. Exceptional analytical problem solving skills. Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support/training. Ability to perform shift work on a rotational basis (between 7am and 7pm Monday-Friday). Spanish speaking is a plus.

Candidate would benefit from having experience with Helpdesk systems, understanding of relational database software and Citrix software. The position is based in downtown Chicago (IL).
