Hi, I have a Nextar ME and after updating the iGO8 (iGO8117940-nov2010) and maps I keep getting memory errors that I didn't have before the upgrade. I was thinking that I could edit the SYS.INI file to allocate more memory somehow. My onboard flash storage has 340MB of space left and the SD card has 1.6Gigs left. Has anyone ever done this? Thanks, Chris I think I found the correct edits but still getting crash logs. The edits I did are: [debug] cache=2048 max_memory=350000000 reserve_memory=3670016 _______________________________________________ Also I have a second problem when plugging it into a charger, (connecting to computer) so I have to turn it off and on via the back switch after attaching the charger. Could this be fixed with a SYS.INI edit?

I'm currently modifying an iGo system that is being installed in a vehicle that does not allow for a touch screen.
