There isnt really an actual and easy way to convert past cyberfaces but what I do is that i load up the cf im about to convert into blender and also load the textures then after that i take screenshots of the model at different angles using blender. After doing so, I would then use it as 'reference image' and do r4zor's method of making cyberfaces.
